North India comprises of many states. A large number of tourists from all over the world come to India, in order to visit North India and to get a glimpse into their world. More or less, they are prepared that they would view something that is incredible. Your tour to North India would comprise of visiting medieval cities like Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. If you have Taj Mahal on one hand then on the other hand rests the great Mughal monumental heritage in Delhi. What more would you like to have on a tour. We would provide you travel assistance that would help you in your expedition. The guide would be polite; well versed in English and would provide you good information on the locales.




Day 01: Arrive Delhi

At the airport you would be received by our representative with a warm traditional welcome. He would be sporting your name card and you would be able to locate him at the arrival lounge. He would be a person with amicable personality and would take care of all your travel needs from there on. He would escort you to your hotel where you would again be given a traditional Indian welcome. The hostess would put Tilak, a red colored paste on the forehead and would offer garlands. They would all greet you saying 'namaste', a form of Indian welcome greet with hands folded.
Every Indian follow the custom of warm hospitality with the motto “ Athithi Devo Bhav”, or the Guest is god. India offers unparallel hospitality and would be reflected in the hotels you would resort to.
Being your first day, we would recommend you to relax. The hotel room would be comfortable and the services would be good. Spend the day at your leisure, read or watch television, as this would only be the only day on your tour itinerary where you would have some time to pass on your own. Sleep sound in the night to start a beautiful day ahead.

Day 02: Delhi

After breakfast of your choice at the hotel you are out on the loose. A guided tour of the city takes you to the impressive Mughal monuments of Red fort and Jama Masjid in Old Delhi. Go for an exciting rickshaw ride through the bustling and crowded streets of Chandani Chowk, a major shopping hub and a wholesale market of Delhi. After this you are amidst the verdure of Rajghat and India Gate.

Later in the evening, you would resort back to your hotel, if possible we would arrange a slide show for you where you would be able to see and watch the great Indian heritage. If not that at least we would visit the nearest market place. This would be a good way to spend time. Don’t worry if you don’t want to load your budget, we would resort to window-shopping. But one thing is for sure, that you would not be able to restrict yourself from shopping, as Delhi markets are quite alluring and offers products at reasonable prices without burning holes into your pockets. Resort back to your hotel. Your food would be served on time. Doze off!

Day 03: Delhi - Agra

Next morning, we would leave for Agra, located some 200 kms from Delhi. You would take 3 hrs. to reach the place. We would leave for Agra after breakfast. Our representative would take you the nearest railhead, where you would board an AC chair train to Agra. Railway station in Delhi is bit different from foreign railway stations. They are clumsier with hordes of people around. You would continuously hear the sound of an announcer who would inform about the incoming and outgoing of train on the particular platform. There would be quite few vendors who would be selling tea and eatables.

Our representative at Agra railway station would transfer you to a hotel. You would be given an invigorating welcome from the hotel staff. Your room keys would be handed. After lunch we would move out to explore Agra city, quite a famous destination. The first tourist spot that we would explore is Taj Mahal, a world heritage site. The afternoon brings the most engaging of all visions- the vision of the Taj Mahal- the eternal symbol of love, contrived in white marble. A visit to the Taj always makes your heart yearning for your beloved one. Just 2 kms from Taj Mahal is another magnificent monument Agra fort. You would not come to know how the time would pass before your return to your hotel room.

You would be provided food, if you wish you could try Mughlai cuisine. Mughlai Cuisine is bit fat-rich and mostly consist of butter.

Day 04: Agra-Fatehpur Sikri-Jaipur

The show in Agra is not over yet. Agra is not merely about Taj Mahal. It has numerous other things, which make it a heritage city of India. Another example of architectural grandeur is Fatehpur Sikri; the beauty of the deserted city cannot be contained in the words but could only be experienced through witnessing the aura of its magnificent architectural edifices. Some of the important sights in Fatehpur Sikri are Bulund Darwaza, Panch Mahal and Jodha Bai’s Palace. Post-lunch enroute we would leave for Jaipur on cab.

Day 05: Jaipur

After morning breakfast, we would leave for Jaipur. On way to Jaipur we would halt at a traditional eating joint, the Chokhi dhani. We would have some snacks here and proceed with our expedition. Our assistant would help you out and would make sure that you get the quality room and service. It is a 5-star ethnic resort modeled on a typical village of Rajasthan. The road drive that you are going to undertake from Agra to Jaipur would be really exciting and would offer the glimpse of simple traditional folk culture. You would see people dressed in vibrant hues, women folk carrying earthen pitchers and pots and colorful bazaars selling various items including dried coloured cotton textile items. The entire rainbow of colors from Violet to red would descend down to welcome you at the city’s portals. You often find Rajasthani village folks with herds of cattle’s or goats, which nonchalantly grazes the grass. The beautiful Rajasthani women in long skirts with colorful head coverings all decorated in silver jewellery, and their tall men sport colorful turbans are charming enough to gaze at.

Soon you would come to your resort where you would get a warm welcome from the hotel staff. Resort to your room rest for a whole as in the evening we would venture out to explore Hawa Mahal and its market. Resort back to hotel. Overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 06: Jaipur

Your morning would start with a knock on the door, a hotel member would serve you a drink, probably tea or coffee depending on your likes. Later, post breakfast, we would plan our Jaipur tour in a systematic manner so that we could cover all the shades of this colourful city.

The first on your itinerary would be Amber fort, located 11 kms from the city. The walls and the ceiling of the Mahal are covered with a beautiful array of mirrors, which reflects any streak of light. . We would also visit City Palace and yesteryear astronomic laboratory at Jantar Mantar. Evening would be meant for shopping. Don’t forget to purchase, tye and dye from these markets. Some of the major Jaipur markets are Jauhari bazaar, Nehru bazaar and Bapu bazaar. Bargaining is the buzzword, be sure that you haggle over the prices by 50-70% of what the retailers ask.

Late in the evening, your food would be served and along with that you would be able to view a puppet show that would narrate myriad myths and legends about the region. Resort back to hotel. Over night stay in the hotel.

Day 07: Jaipur-Delhi
Delhi
After breakfast, we would leave the hotel and would move on the road that would take us to Delhi. We would directly move towards to airport/ railway station, from where you can proceed your onward journey.
